Every NHS GP practice in the UK

Every NHS GP, every regulated immigration lawyer, every refugee-relevant charity, every qualified translator across the UK — gathered in one place, refugee-focused, kept fresh. Our navigators use it daily. So do a few partner organisations we've shared it with. If you're working in this sector and it'd be useful to you too, just ask.
What's in there
Each entry is normalised, refugee-flagged where it makes sense, and rated where public review data exists. 15,144 records, refreshed monthly.

How it's made
The sources are public — anyone can download the SRA register or the Charity Commission CSV. What we add is the work of turning those raw lists into something a tired refugee navigator can actually use at 7pm on a Tuesday.
Pulled from public regulators and official registers — NHS Digital, SRA, LAA, IAA, BSB, three Charity Commissions, CIOL. No proprietary scraping of paywalled content. Everything legally accessible.
Different sources publish the same entity in different formats. We deduplicate, parse addresses into structured postcode/town/street, normalise phone numbers to E.164, validate emails, and unify regulator-specific identifiers.
Each lawyer record is augmented with Google Reviews + Trustpilot ratings via Places API + Trustpilot Business API. GP practices get Google ratings via Places API. Aggregated rating signals turn raw lists into ranked recommendations.
Refugee-relevance overlay: which GPs accept registrations without a fixed address, which lawyers have Legal Aid eligibility, which charities serve refugee/migrant communities, which translators handle Central Asian + Eastern European languages.
Mendee navigators flag entries based on real-world experience — "recommended" lawyers we've sent cases to, GP surgeries that refused our beneficiaries, translator agencies that delivered on tight Home Office deadlines.
Rebuilt monthly from upstream sources. Last full refresh: 28 March 2026. Ratings refreshed continuously. Every record carries a last-verified timestamp.
The data was going to live on our servers regardless, so sharing it costs us nothing extra. Mendee CIC is asset-locked anyway — there's no commercial route to gating it. And the work has already been done. Asking another refugee charity to rebuild this from scratch feels a bit silly when it's right here.
All we ask in return: tell us how you used it, send a quick note if you spot an error, and credit Mendee CIC somewhere appropriate. That's the whole arrangement.
If you run a refugee charity, an NHS team, a research group, or a community organisation that does something similar — odds are this would help you too. Just drop us a line.
There's no public dashboard. We share by email so we can tailor the cut you actually need (and, honestly, because we like knowing who's using it). Email [email protected] with a sentence or two on what you're working on. Reply usually same day, with either a CSV / JSON snapshot or, for an ongoing thing, API keys.

Same-day reply, usually. Free for refugee charities, NHS teams, academic researchers, journalists, or anyone else doing work where this'd help. Genuinely, just ask.
